About the Internship

We're looking for a Product Intern to join the RiskShield team – our in-house risk management platform that powers fraud detection and payment risk decisions at scale. This is a 6-month internship designed for highly motivated individuals interested in fraud detection, payments infrastructure, and product development in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

As a RiskShield Product Intern, you will:

• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to improve RiskShield's capabilities
• Help define product requirements based on internal user needs and fraud trends
• Analyze transaction and fraud data to identify gaps and opportunities for automation
• Benchmark performance metrics (e.g., false positives, fraud capture rate) and suggest improvements
• Participate in testing and QA of new rule logic, risk models, and dashboard features
• Document workflows, release notes, and best practices for internal product features

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates pursuing an MBA or related management fields
• Strong interest in fraud detection, payments, or risk systems
• Analytical mindset and basic understanding of SQL, Excel/Sheets, or Python
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Curiosity and willingness to learn how risk products work at scale

Bonus (Good to Have)

• Experience working on internal tools or B2B products
• Familiarity with basic fraud/risk concepts or transaction flows
• Prior internship or project involving product/analytics work
