Product & Support Intern – FlexiFunnels

Job Summary: Remote internship supporting customer success and product operations by assisting users, testing the platform, and coordinating with developers in a startup environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Help users via Zoom calls and chat support
• Test the software and report bugs
• Update knowledge base/manuals with solutions
• Suggest improvements to support workflows.

Pay: ₹4,000 per month + LOR & potential full-time offer

Duration: 3 months (Work From Home)

Experience/Eligibility:

• Immediate joiners with good communication skills
• Basic technical understanding of software tools
• Strong problem-solving, research, and teamwork abilities.
