Role and responsibilities

As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing line. Your core duties will include:

Assembly & Production: Assisting in the manual or automated assembly of products following standard operating procedures (SOP).

Quality Checking: Monitoring output to ensure all items meet the company’s high-quality standards.

Machine Operation: Learning to operate and maintain basic manufacturing machinery safely.

Workplace Safety: Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work area (5S standards).

Team Collaboration: Working effectively within a team to meet daily production targets.

Eligibility

Diploma Holders: Any technical trade/stream.

ITI: All trades are welcome.

School Graduates: 10th Pass or 12th Pass candidates.

Experience : No prior experience required (Freshers are encouraged to apply!).

Availability: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
