ARDEM Data Services Private Limited is a leading Business Process Outsourcing and Automation service provider. This Remote (Work From Home) internship is designed for technical graduates to support automation-related jobs and production workflows.

📍 Internship Details

• Location: Remote (WFH).
• Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM & 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM.
• Role Type: Technical Internship.

🧾 Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Workflow Support: Understand and support the entire production workflow from receipt to delivery.
• Operational Assistance: Assist in Non-Accounting Purchase Order (PO) related activities.
• Communication: Coordinate with the technology team regarding client requests, production needs, and improvements.
• Production Processing: Work in various stages of the production environment including Data Entry, Quality, and Output generation.
• Client Interaction: Work independently on assigned non-accounting tasks, including direct interaction with clients.
• Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and reports related to assigned work.

🛠 Required Technical Skills (Preferred)

• Programming & Scripting (Basic): Ability to support automation-related jobs using basic programming and scripting skills.
• Key Technologies: Knowledge of the following is preferred:
• .NET Core, Python, and C#.
• Power BI for data visualization.
• SQL and MongoDB for database management.

📈 Proficiency & Experience Level

• Experience Required: 0–6 months (Recent graduates or freshers can apply).
• Qualification: B.Tech (CS) or M.Tech (CS) preferred.
• Communication Proficiency: Excellent English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.

🖥 Mandatory Technical Requirements (WFH)

To successfully work from home, your system must meet these minimum standards:

• System: Windows Laptop or Desktop (i5 or higher processor, Minimum 8GB RAM).
• Display: 14 Inches, Full HD (1920x1080) resolution.
• Internet: High-speed connection of 100 Mbps or higher.
• Software: AnyDesk installed for remote support.
