- Core Mission: You will be the architect of Cummins’ operational efficiency, leading the end-to-end development and deployment of global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and demand planning solutions. Your role is to harmonize complex data flows across India, China, the UK, and North America to ensure supply chain resilience and strategic growth.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in project management within supply chain or operations.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel); knowledge of Oracle Fusion Demand Planning/IBP is preferred.
- Project Management: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, project life cycles (initiation to closure), and risk mitigation.
- Global Collaboration: Ability to interact daily with international teams via Zoom/Email and manage deployments across multiple time zones.
- Analytical: Expertise in pulling, compiling, and analyzing data to solve complex system and user issues.
