Job Description

• Work as part of a cross-functional Scrum team
• Perform manual testing and build automation test suites
• Test UI components, APIs, databases, deployments, and data flows
• Contribute to new feature development with feedback to POs & Developers
• Install and configure test environments with latest builds
• Analyze and resolve product issues for customers and support teams
• Collaborate with R&D, support, and services teams

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks
• Build reusable automation utilities and libraries
• Execute regression and feature testing
• Monitor QA effectiveness and improve testing processes
• Support SDLC/STLC quality improvements
• Ensure system reliability and correct behavior
