Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Sales Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of how a sale is structured and how customers should be handled.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent listening and evaluation skills to spot nuances in tone, script adherence, and compliance.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel or Google Sheets for creating performance dashboards and audit reports.
• Communication: Ability to deliver constructive feedback to sales executives and team leaders without causing friction.
• Framework Familiarity: Knowledge of Quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and compliance standards.
