Core Responsibilities
Candidate Screening: Assist with resume review and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage calendar requests for hiring teams and candidates.
Pipeline Management: Update candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
Onboarding: Prepare welcome notes for new hires.
Campus Hiring: Support recruitment drives by partnering with colleges and universities.
Key Qualifications
Education: Final-year student or graduate with a Bachelor’s or MBA in Human Resources (or equivalent).
Knowledge: Familiar with core hiring stages (screening, interviewing, assessment, onboarding).
Experience: Previous HR/recruitment internship is a plus.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
Core Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, eager to learn.
Work Style: Capable of working both independently and as a team player.
