is seeking a skilled medical professional to join our dynamic team as a Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) / Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for the Delhi/Lucknow region. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the scientific face of the company, translating national medical strategies into impactful local activities. You will be responsible for building high-level scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and providing critical clinical insights to internal stakeholders to drive real change in healthcare.

2. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic Implementation: Execute national Medical Affairs strategies at a regional level, converting strategic objectives into measurable local timelines and actions.
- Scientific Relationship Management: Establish and expand strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), diabetes specialists, and other healthcare stakeholders to advocate for Novo Nordisk’s portfolio.
- Clinical Insights: Actively attend scientific meetings to gather and communicate actionable clinical insights, practice trends, and unmet medical needs to cross-functional internal teams.
- Commercial Strategy Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide medical input for product positioning and anticipate market changes.
- Medical Education: Develop and deliver high-quality scientific training to physicians, allied healthcare professionals (HCPs), and internal field personnel.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all regional activities strictly adhere to local regulations, Novo Nordisk internal policies, and high ethical standards for scientific engagement.
3. Skills & Qualifications
- Education: MD or MBBS from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs is highly desirable.
- Therapeutic Knowledge: Solid understanding of diabetes, obesity, and related metabolic disorders, with the ability to interpret complex clinical data.
- Communication: Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Project Management: Demonstrated skills in planning, executing, and following up on projects with high attention to detail.
- Mindset: A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset with a deep commitment to ethical standards.
4. Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as an MSL or Regional Medical Advisor.
- Direct experience working with diabetes-related products.
