Role Overview

The Research Analyst will play a critical role in driving analytics-led insights, innovation, and business growth at AGOS Aviation. This role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on data analysis, structured research, and the ability to convert insights into actionable business cases and scalable service offerings.

The role involves close collaboration with top management, and cross-functional coordination with strategy, operations, technology, and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Advanced Analytics

• Perform deep analytical research using structured and unstructured datasets across operations, finance, and customer domains
• Conduct data analysis, trend identification, benchmarking, forecasting, and feasibility studies
• Apply quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to solve complex business problems

AI, Automation & Digital Enablement

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven analytics, automation, and decision-support tools
• Design and support automation workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time
• Build or validate AI-assisted models, rule engines, scripts, or prototypes for:
• Process optimization
• Predictive analytics
• Data validation and exception handling
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate solutions into existing systems
• Evaluate emerging AI tools relevant to aviation KPO services and recommend adoption

Innovation & Opportunity Identification

• Identify opportunities to enhance existing services and develop new offerings
• Explore process standardization, automation, and scalability initiatives
• Develop proof-of-concepts, models, and frameworks for innovative use cases

Business Case & Research Outputs

• Build data-backed business cases for analytics- and AI-enabled services
• Prepare research reports, whitepapers, dashboards, and management presentations highlighting ROI and value creation

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Support analytics and automation projects from concept to deployment
• Work cross-functionally with operations, IT, finance, quality, and compliance teams

Required Skills

Technical & Analytical

• Programming knowledge in Python / Dart / Java / VB / VBA (any or multiple)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights

Business & Communication

• Structured thinking with strong business acumen
• Ability to convert analysis into clear business recommendations
• Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Curiosity-driven mindset with a focus on innovation

Qualifications

• MBA / CA / MTech / MCA
• Freshers are welcome, provided they demonstrate strong analytical ability, learning agility, and interest in data-driven research and aviation analytics
