About the Role
AlgoUniversity is looking for a highly driven Sales Executive, GTM Strategy Intern to work directly with the founder on growth, go-to-market strategy, and learner acquisition.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in startups, sales, business development, growth, and customer engagement. You'll help shape how AlgoUniversity reaches and converts students while gaining firsthand exposure to startup building.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the founder on GTM and growth initiatives
- Engage with prospective learners and identify conversion opportunities
- Build and improve sales resources including pitch decks, scripts, playbooks, and customer personas
- Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Nurture leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Track key sales metrics including conversions, revenue per lead, and overall funnel performance
- Assist in building and refining sales processes as the company scales
- Contribute ideas to improve learner acquisition and brand growth
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and startups
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems independently

- Comfortable interacting with customers and prospects

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer success, or growth roles
- Experience with market research and lead generation
- Exposure to EdTech, consumer products, or SaaS businesses
- Experience selling educational or consumer-facing products
- Leadership experience through clubs, communities, startups, or student initiatives
