Sales Intern
- Company: Weekday (Y-Combinator W21 backed recruitment platform)
- Location: Remote
- Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Experience: 0–2 years (Entry-level / Freshers)
- Duration: 6 Months
- Core Mission: You will be the "hunter" for the sales team, responsible for opening doors with new companies. Using Weekday’s proprietary database and outreach tools, you will identify high-growth startups and established firms that need hiring help, transforming cold leads into warm business opportunities.
- Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication: Elite verbal and written skills. You must be comfortable picking up the phone (Cold Calling) and writing persuasive emails.
- Prospecting: Ability to research and find the "right" person to talk to within a company (usually Founders, HR Heads, or Engineering Managers).
- Resilience: A high-energy, positive attitude. Sales involves handling "no" frequently while staying focused on the next "yes."
- Tech Savvy: Ability to manage data within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and use modern sales tools effectively.
