Avanse Financial Services

is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our Education Institutional Loan (EIL) division. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive growth by establishing strategic contacts and building long-term relationships with prospects in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be an expert in identifying market dynamics and recommending customized financial solutions to meet client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively sell financial products by establishing contact and building sustainable relationships with prospects.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong bonds with customers through regular personal meetings, telephonic follow-ups, and networking.
  • Market Analysis: Demonstrate deep understanding of the educational dynamics, industrial areas, and channel networks within the assigned market.
  • Strategic Solutions: Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate financial solutions to close deals effectively.
  • Payment Lifecycle Management: Provide diligent follow-up after loan sanctioning to ensure regular and timely receipts of payments.
  • Market Intelligence: Efficiently gather market and customer information to facilitate successful negotiations and maintain a competitive edge.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of relevant sales experience in services or product sales specifically to Educational Institutions or Industries.
  • Domain Expertise: Prior experience in LAP (Loan Against Property) and Educational Institution loans is highly preferred.
  • Academic Background: Minimum of a Graduation degree in any discipline.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language is mandatory for effective communication and relationship building.
  • Preferred Assets: Existing relationships with educational institutions and specific knowledge of the lending business (EIL) will be considered a significant advantage.

Required Technical & Soft Skills

  • Sales Motivation: High energy levels with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiation & Mediation: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a mediator and close complex deals.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record in managing and nurturing high-value client relationships.
  • Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of standard computer applications and CRM tools.
