About the Role

Microsoft is looking for motivated graduates to join its 12-month Sales Strategy Enablement Apprenticeship. In this role, you'll support commercial deal development, coordinate with internal stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and help structure customer-focused solutions while learning about Microsoft's products, licensing, and sales processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support commercial deal development by collaborating with customers and internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing value-driven proposals aligned with customer business requirements.
  • Coordinate with account teams and cross-functional stakeholders to execute commercial plans.
  • Learn Microsoft products, licensing models, and industry trends to support deal discussions.
  • Analyze business data and contribute to sales strategy and business analysis activities.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing policies, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.
  • Support negotiation planning and risk-aware decision-making.

Eligibility

  • Graduating in 2026 with no active academic backlogs.
  • Must not have held full-time employment before the apprenticeship.
  • Candidates who have previously completed an apprenticeship must have a minimum gap of 365 days before starting another.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:
  • Commerce
  • Business Administration
  • Computer Applications
  • Economics
  • Mathematics
  • Or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Interest in technology, AI, and digital solutions.
  • Academic or project experience in analytics, reporting, or data interpretation.
  • Ability to work with data to support business and sales decisions.
