About the Role
Microsoft is looking for motivated graduates to join its 12-month Sales Strategy Enablement Apprenticeship. In this role, you'll support commercial deal development, coordinate with internal stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and help structure customer-focused solutions while learning about Microsoft's products, licensing, and sales processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support commercial deal development by collaborating with customers and internal teams.
- Assist in preparing value-driven proposals aligned with customer business requirements.
- Coordinate with account teams and cross-functional stakeholders to execute commercial plans.
- Learn Microsoft products, licensing models, and industry trends to support deal discussions.
- Analyze business data and contribute to sales strategy and business analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with licensing policies, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.
- Support negotiation planning and risk-aware decision-making.
Eligibility
- Graduating in 2026 with no active academic backlogs.
- Must not have held full-time employment before the apprenticeship.
- Candidates who have previously completed an apprenticeship must have a minimum gap of 365 days before starting another.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:
- Commerce
- Business Administration
- Computer Applications
- Economics
- Mathematics
- Or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Interest in technology, AI, and digital solutions.
- Academic or project experience in analytics, reporting, or data interpretation.
- Ability to work with data to support business and sales decisions.
