Job Title: Senior Centre Manager – MFI North – Bajaj Finance

Job Summary: Field-based role responsible for customer acquisition, loan verification, and portfolio management under microfinance operations. The manager maintains borrower relationships, conducts village surveys, and oversees collections and recovery activities.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct village surveys and onboard new borrowers
• Form Joint Liability Groups (JLG) and promote financial literacy
• Verify customer income, documents, and loan eligibility
• Manage a portfolio of ~450–500 customers
• Handle scheduled collections, recoveries, and meeting coordination

Pay: Not specified (company compensation as per role level)

Location: Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh (on-site/field role).

Experience/Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline

Knowledge of microfinance operations and customer handling
