About the Role

This isn’t a typical Social media content creator role.

You won't just create posts and track engagement. You'll help build a nationwide cybersecurity awareness movement, creating content that educates citizens, combats digital fraud, and promotes safer online behaviour.

Your work will directly contribute to making cybersecurity awareness accessible, engaging, and relevant for millions of Indians. Few internships offer the opportunity to combine creativity, social impact, and digital growth at this scale.

What You’ll Do

1. Support Social Media Growth

• Assist in managing DSN's Instagram and X accounts
• Help grow followers, reach, and engagement across platforms
• Monitor social media trends and identify content opportunities

2. Create and Publish Content

• Coordinate content publishing across social channels
• Write captions and support content creation efforts
• Ensure content is posted on time and aligned with campaign objectives

3. Community Engagement

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions
• Help build an active and engaged online community
• Surface audience feedback and insights to the team

4. Track Performance

• Monitor content performance and social media metrics
• Prepare simple reports on follower growth, reach, and engagement
• Share insights and recommendations to improve performance

• DSN Foundation's Instagram community grows by 3,000+ followers within the first 3 months
• DSN Foundation's X community grows by 1,000+ followers within the first 3 months
• Social content consistently achieves an average engagement rate of 4%+
• Content is published consistently and on schedule across all social channels
• DSN's cybersecurity awareness campaigns reach 250,000+ organic impressions within the first 3 months
• The community becomes more active, with increasing comments, shares, and audience participation across platforms
