1. Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Software Development: Build robust software by writing clean, efficient code and directing software programming and documentation development.
• System Maintenance: Modify existing software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve overall performance, and upgrade user interfaces.
• Testing & Validation: Direct comprehensive system testing and validation procedures to ensure software reliability.
• System Design: Work with customers or internal departments on technical issues, including the design and maintenance of software systems.
• Analytical Research: Design and develop software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes.
• Consultation: Consult with engineering staff to evaluate hardware-software interfaces and develop performance requirements.
• Project Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status for project managers.

2. Eligibility & Technical Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical degree.
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience working on a variety of software development projects.
• Engineering Knowledge: Must be a full-stack developer with a deep understanding of software engineering concepts and the software development life-cycle.
• Coding Proficiency: Deep knowledge of programming languages and the ability to develop unit testing for code components.
• Soft Skills: The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to confer with stakeholders on technical limitations and capabilities.
