As a Software Development Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, contribute to real-world software projects, and gain hands-on experience with modern development tools, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

Software Development

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in application enhancement and feature development initiatives.
• Contribute to proof-of-concepts and software improvement projects.

Engineering Collaboration

• Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with Product, Quality Engineering, Operations, and Development teams.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Support ongoing maintenance and performance improvement activities.
• Assist in identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Technology & Innovation

• Learn and apply software engineering best practices and secure coding principles.
• Gain exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and modern development frameworks.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Preferably graduating in 2026.
• No prior full-time work experience (internships and academic projects are acceptable).
• Strong academic record with a passion for software development and technology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Familiarity with Java, Python, Angular, React, C#, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Basic understanding of databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Exposure to Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of software design principles and design patterns.
• Interest in cloud technologies such as AWS.
