As a Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in refining and scaling our AI-powered hiring platform, designed to create a billion jobs.

2. Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Platform Scaling: Help refine and scale the AI-powered hiring platform to manage millions in payouts and billions of people searches.
• AI Integration: Improve the AI interview experience and work on post-training Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Infrastructure Development: Build and optimize the recruitment engine and backend systems that power AI model training and testing.
• Cross-Functional Impact: Work on both core infrastructure and research-adjacent projects with fast paths to ownership.

3. Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong fluency in React, Next.js, Python, or Go.
• Database Management: Hands-on experience designing schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
• Operational Alignment: Willingness to align evening working hours with the PT timezone (through at least 11 AM PT).
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
