About the Role

PM Accelerator is looking for passionate AI/ML Software Engineer Interns who want to work on cutting-edge AI and Generative AI applications.

As an intern, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to build AI-powered products using Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning systems, data pipelines, and modern software development frameworks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience working on real AI products in a global, remote-first environment.

What You'll Do

• Build and develop AI-powered applications and GenAI products
• Work on LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and AI workflows
• Develop frontend or backend features based on your expertise
• Integrate APIs, machine learning models, and AI services into applications
• Build and optimize data pipelines supporting AI systems
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists
• Participate in agile development processes and team discussions
• Explore and experiment with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies

Required Skills

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI
• Good programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript
• Familiarity with modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, Express.js, or Next.js
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

For Frontend Engineers

• React.js or Next.js development experience
• Experience integrating APIs using Fetch or Axios
• Understanding of user-centric design and AI-assisted interfaces

For Backend Engineers

• Knowledge of Python-based development
• Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience building APIs and backend services

For Data & AI Engineers

• Experience with data pipelines and data processing workflows
• Knowledge of model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Familiarity with AI/ML experimentation and analytics

• International candidates should be available for at least 4 hours of overlap with US-based teams
