Staff Engineer – Digital Design Engineering — Analog Devices

Role Overview:

Senior hardware design lead working on ASIC/SoC digital IP development and guiding engineering teams.

Key Work:

Architect & design digital blocks using Verilog/SystemVerilog

Lead timing closure, synthesis, low-power & silicon debug

Handle high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, Ethernet, HDMI, MIPI etc.)

Work with processor subsystems (ARM/RISC-V/DSP)

Mentor engineers & coordinate with product teams

Requirements:

B.Tech/B.E. (ECE/EE/CS)

~12+ years hardware/ASIC design experience

Strong knowledge of SoC architecture, DFT, STA, CDC & verification flows

Team leadership + project ownership skills
