Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Student Engagement Executive to ensure that every student subscribing to SarthiQ’s premium services gains maximum value from their learning experience. This role involves direct communication with students, addressing their challenges, and helping them make the most of SarthiQ’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Communication: Regularly interact with premium students via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person sessions to guide and support them.
• Engagement Monitoring: Track student activity and ensure they are utilizing the platform effectively — attending classes, using resources, and taking tests.
• Problem Solving: Identify challenges faced by students and coordinate with academic or technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Feedback Collection: Gather insights from students to improve their overall experience and satisfaction.
• Community Building: Encourage student participation in workshops, discussions, and live sessions to boost engagement.
• Reporting: Maintain records of communication, engagement levels, and issue resolutions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• A student-first, empathetic approach with patience and professionalism.
• Graduate in any discipline (freshers and early professionals encouraged to apply).
• Comfortable working in an office environment in Lucknow.
