Job Description:

AU Small Finance Bank is hiring a Support Engineer – CRM responsible for providing application and production support to ensure smooth functioning, stability, and performance of CRM and enterprise systems. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting workflows and integrations, monitoring applications, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support for CRM platforms (CRMnext, Salesforce, MS Dynamics or similar); configure and troubleshoot workflows, reports, and integrations; manage production incidents and perform root cause analysis; write and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries for backend support and data analysis; monitor application performance and support tuning; handle REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware data flows; collaborate with technical and business teams to maintain system efficiency and reliability.
