Role Overview

Hands-on HR internship where you’ll work directly with recruiters & hiring managers and learn the complete hiring lifecycle in a fast-growing EdTech startup. (Not just calling candidates — actual hiring exposure.)

Key Responsibilities

🔎 Sourcing

Find candidates via LinkedIn, job portals & referrals

Resume screening & talent pipeline building

Draft job posts and outreach messages

Support campus & bulk hiring drives

📞 Coordination

Schedule interviews with candidates & managers

Take initial screening calls

Maintain candidate communication

📊 Recruitment Operations

Update trackers, dashboards & ATS

Assist in offer rollout & documentation

Track hiring metrics & prepare reports

Eligibility / Skills

Graduate / pursuing (HR preferred)

Good communication skills

Basic Excel / Google Sheets

Detail-oriented & proactive attitude
