About the Role

We are looking for Talent Sourcing Interns to help us identify and engage candidates for high-demand technology, AI, engineering, language, healthcare, legal, and data-related roles.

This is a hands-on recruiting internship where you will learn candidate sourcing, LinkedIn research, Boolean search, outreach, screening, and talent pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

• Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Google, GitHub, Reddit, professional communities, and other online platforms.
• Build and maintain candidate databases for assigned roles.
• Use Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to identify relevant profiles.
• Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other appropriate channels.
• Conduct basic eligibility screening based on role requirements.
• Collect candidate information and maintain accurate records in our tracking system.
• Follow up with interested candidates and move them through the recruitment funnel.
• Coordinate with recruiters/team leads for candidate qualification and submission.
• Research niche talent pools such as AI engineers, developers, PhDs, bilingual candidates, legal professionals, healthcare professionals, and technical specialists.
• Help build talent communities and referral networks.

What We're Looking For

• Strong research and internet-search skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Ability to identify relevant information from candidate profiles.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and meet sourcing targets.
• Prior recruitment experience is not required.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Boolean search.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Previous recruitment/sourcing internship.
• Experience with CRM or ATS tools.
• Interest in AI, technology, startups, or recruitment.

Performance Metrics

You will be evaluated based on the quality of your sourcing funnel, including:

Profiles Identified → Candidates Contacted → Responses → Qualified Candidates → Submitted Candidates → Successful Placements

We care more about quality and successful conversions than simply collecting large numbers of profiles.
