Job Overview

  • Lead shift operations at Amazon Delivery Center (DC)
  • Support DC Manager in driving operational plans & performance
  • Manage transportation & last-mile delivery operations
  • Drive store/channel partner acquisition, onboarding & growth
  • Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction & network health
  • Handle escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution

Role

  • Account Identification & Acquisition: Market mapping and onboarding of new retail/IHS stores
  • Account Management: Develop and execute strategic growth plans for channel partners
  • Field Visits: Visit assigned stores regularly (daily/weekly/monthly targets)
  • Training & Coaching: Train stores on Amazon processes, SOPs & operating models
