Job Overview
- Lead shift operations at Amazon Delivery Center (DC)
- Support DC Manager in driving operational plans & performance
- Manage transportation & last-mile delivery operations
- Drive store/channel partner acquisition, onboarding & growth
- Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction & network health
- Handle escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution
Role
- Account Identification & Acquisition: Market mapping and onboarding of new retail/IHS stores
- Account Management: Develop and execute strategic growth plans for channel partners
- Field Visits: Visit assigned stores regularly (daily/weekly/monthly targets)
- Training & Coaching: Train stores on Amazon processes, SOPs & operating models
