AlgoSec is hiring a Technical Support Engineer in Gurgaon to provide technical assistance to global customers using AlgoSec’s network security and application connectivity solutions. The role involves troubleshooting software issues, supporting installations, and working closely with support, R&D, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to global customers via email, phone, and webcasts.
- Guide customers and partners through product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and update the AlgoSec knowledge base and documentation.
- Assist customers in resolving network security and connectivity issues.
- Support deployment and operations of AlgoSec security products.
