ARDEM Incorporated is a leading global provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Business Process Automation (BPA) services. We are seeking enthusiastic Technology Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, technology-driven organization. This role is designed for fresh graduates looking for real-world exposure to web technologies, cloud platforms, and emerging AI/ML concepts.

📍 Internship Overview

• Shift Timings: Rotational shifts based on project needs (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
• Working Days: Monday to Friday.
• Joining: Immediate Joiner.

🧾 Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Web Development: Assist in development and customization using PHP, WordPress, and JavaScript.
• Technical Implementation: Handle event handling, AJAX calls, and asynchronous data processing.
• Front-end Support: Utilize HTML5 and CSS3 to build and maintain web interfaces, including client-side form validation.
• Cloud & AI Integration: Support projects involving basic AI/Machine Learning concepts and AWS cloud fundamentals.
• Remote Collaboration: Maintain productivity in a remote setup using collaboration and remote access tools.

Eligibility & Experience Level

• Experience Level: Fresher.
• Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science.
• College Preference: Tier 1 colleges preferred.
• Attitude: Eager to build hands-on experience and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

🖥 Mandatory Technical Infrastructure (WFH)

To be successful in this remote role, your hardware and connectivity must meet these standards:

• System: Windows Laptop or Desktop (Processor: i5 or higher).
• RAM: Minimum 8GB (Strict Requirement).
• Display: 14 Inches, FHD (1920×1080) resolution.
• Internet: High-speed connection of 100 Mbps or higher.
• Software: Must have AnyDesk installed.
