Navo is building an AI-powered operating system for Bharat’s fashion economy, focusing on enabling retailers outside major metros with trend intelligence, commerce tools, and scale. The company is backed by investors like IndiaQuotient and Antler and is growing rapidly month-on-month.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Technology Leader to own core engineering and architecture, build systems from 0→1→10, and lead the development of GenAI-first platforms that power internal decision-making, ops automation, and user-facing products. You will work closely with the founders to shape the technology roadmap and execution strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering and technical architecture for scalable systems.
• Build and evolve GenAI-driven solutions for internal tools and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with founders on product vision, technology decisions, and execution priorities.
• Mentor, hire, and grow high-performance engineering teams.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and future-ready scalability.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong backend and systems engineering experience.
• Proven ability to build scalable production systems from scratch.
• Comfortable with 0→1→10 execution and technology leadership.
• Experience with marketplaces or commerce platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
