Role Overview A dynamic and results-driven role focused on making outbound calls, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales to drive business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information
• Explain products/services and address customer queries
• Maintain records of conversations and update CRM systems
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales or appointments
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Skills Needed

• Good communication skills
• Ability to persuade and influence customers
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM familiarity is a plus)
• Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (Preferred)
