๐Ÿงพ Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets through direct personal selling and visiting the market to drive the distribution system.
  • Distributor Management: Manage the distributor system, overseeing both front-end and back-end infrastructure.
  • Performance Monitoring: Systematically monitor the performance of distributors and their sales teams to take corrective actions on infrastructure gaps.
  • Data Analysis: Use MIS reports to identify gaps and opportunities to improve execution and performance within the assigned geography.
  • Market Intelligence: Cultivate trade relationships to strengthen market position and provide field feedback to the branch office.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with distributors and develop their people to manage customers effectively and obtain more business.

๐Ÿ›  Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Minimum of a Full-time Graduation degree is required.
  • Professional Expertise: Proven expertise in ROI Calculations and RS (Redistribution Stockist) Distribution Management.
  • Sales Planning: Must be well-versed in RS appointment and Sales Planning.
  • Promotion Execution: Experience in conducting and executing promotional activities.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Communication: Decent communication skills in English and the Local Language are desired.

๐Ÿ’ผ Experience Level Required

  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Channel Sales is mandatory.
  • Track Record: Candidates must demonstrate a consistent history of meeting sales targets through market visits and distribution management.
