UI/UX Designer – Job Description

Role Overview:

UI/UX Designer responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The role focuses on understanding user needs, creating engaging interfaces, improving usability, and ensuring consistent design across products while working closely with development and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs

• Design responsive layouts for web and mobile applications

• Understand business and user requirements to develop design solutions

• Maintain and follow company design systems and brand guidelines

• Conduct basic UX research, competitor analysis, and usability testing

• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper design implementation

• Revise designs based on feedback and improve user experience

• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and visual quality across platforms

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory

• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar tools

• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping

• Basic understanding of responsive design and usability standards

• Creativity with strong attention to detail

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
