About the Role

SuperKalam is looking for a UPSC Research & Content Associate who has firsthand experience with the UPSC examination process and understands the challenges faced by aspirants.

This is not a teaching role. Instead, you'll play a key role in building and improving UPSC content systems by combining deep exam understanding, current affairs expertise, content judgment, student empathy, and AI-enabled workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities

Content Development & Quality Enhancement

• Create, review, improve, and maintain UPSC preparation content, including study modules and practice questions.
• Ensure content remains aligned with the latest UPSC syllabus, exam trends, and question patterns.
• Improve content quality through fact-checking, relevance assessment, and concept refinement.
• Develop innovative ways to present complex topics and concepts for better student understanding.

Current Affairs & Research

• Monitor and analyze national and international current affairs relevant to UPSC preparation.
• Identify important developments and connect them with syllabus topics and previous year questions.
• Build issue-based understanding and contextual content for aspirants.
• Ensure content remains updated and exam-relevant.

Student Insights & Feedback

• Interact with students to understand learning challenges and preparation gaps.
• Analyze student feedback and identify areas for content improvement.
• Recommend content enhancements based on learner needs and performance trends.
• Help improve the overall student learning experience through data-driven insights.

AI-Enabled Content Operations

• Leverage AI tools for content creation, research, review, and workflow optimization.
• Work in an AI-first environment to improve content production and quality.
• Explore innovative methods to enhance learning experiences through technology.
• Support the development of scalable content systems and feedback loops.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications

• Must have cleared UPSC Mains at least once within the last three years.
• Strong understanding of the UPSC syllabus, examination trends, and preparation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Strong content evaluation and research abilities.
• Ability to differentiate between superficial information and exam-relevant content.
• High ownership mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a technology-driven and AI-enabled environment.
