is seeking a highly skilled Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Manager to partner with our site operations team at AMZL Stations in Lucknow.

In this critical leadership role, you will execute company safety policies, ensure compliance with local and regional regulations, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles to create a safe and healthful working environment for all Associates.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental, or an equivalent field is required.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility in WHS or environmental programs within manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• Site Expertise: Experience in Distribution Center or Manufacturing EHS with a mix of exempt and non-exempt employees (site size of at least 250 people).
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Pivot tables, charts, and graphics) and experience with Lean techniques and performance metrics.
