Q. What is SarthiQ?
SarthiQ is a comprehensive educational platform offering courses, mock exams, mentorship, and career placement services.
Q. How do I create an account?
Click the "Login" button on the top right of the homepage and select the option to create a new account using your email or Google account.
Q. Are your materials free or paid?
We offer a mix of both. While many blogs, basic community features, and the "Question of the Day" are free, our premium mock test series and extensive courses require a subscription or one-time payment.
Account & Billing
Q. How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to reset your password.
Q. Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Refunds are generally provided only in cases of non-delivery or technical faults, not for a change of mind. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
Q. Where can I see my transaction history?
Once logged in, navigate to the "Wallet" section of your dashboard.
Exams & Courses
Q. How do I access a mock test?
Go to the "Exams" section from your dashboard, browse the available categories, and click on any test to begin.
Q. Why is my test progress not saving?
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, please clear your browser cache or reach out to technical support.
Q. Can I retake a test?
Yes! SarthiQ encourages practice. You can retake most mock tests as many times as you like.

Q. The platform is loading slowly. What should I do?
Please check your internet connection. If everything is fine on your end, we might be experiencing heavy traffic. Wait a few minutes and refresh.
Q. I found a bug. How do I report it?
